Report Violation

Use this form to report any violations of the HOA's governing documents. When you submit this report, an email with the information you provide will be sent to the property manager.

I understand that under A.R.S. §33-1803, the Association is required to provide the Owner in violation with the name of the person who observed the violation and that therefore, the Association will be required to release my name to the Owner in violation. I agree that I will participate and testify in the event of any legal action arising out of the filing of this Complaint.

In order to proceed accordingly and act on a violation report you must give the section and paragraph of the CC&Rs or other HOA document on which the complaint is based. Platinum Management Inc. will not act on any report that isn’t a clear violation of the community documents.
